LTB on April 30, 2018 made a change to Form N9

The LTB has updated the Tenant’s Notice to End the Tenancy (Form N9). Information has been included under “Important Information from the Landlord and Tenant Board” that explains under what circumstances a tenant may give their landlord a notice to end the tenancy because the landlord did not use the standard lease form. The standard lease form is now required for most tenancy agreements entered into on or after April 30, 2018.
