Did you know that Near North Landlords partnered with Affordable Housing Providers of Ontario, a group of like-minded presidents from landlord associations around Ontario, to recommend changes to the Landlord Tenant Board?  On June 6, 2019, a small team did a presentation for the executive assistant to Vic Fedeli, Minister of Finance.  Our next step is to get these recommendations (presentation) into the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing’s office.
